WELDING a.s. (joint-stock company) is a medium-sized firm with a long-term tradition of engineering production. The firm`s seat is located in the Eastern-Bohemian region-2 km east of Chvaletice on the route Kolín-Přelouč-Pardubice. At present the firm is focusing on the technical processing and manufactiring of operation units for power engineering and the heat industry, the manufacturing of part for handling, building and forestry eguipment, the manufacturing of pressure tanks and steel structures for construction and technological equipment.

In the sector of power engineering, WELDING a.s. ensures the manufacturing of crushers, worm on-masse and chain conveyers, flue gas ductings, combustion chambers or grinding and fan wheeels, including renovations. An integral part of the firm`s designes.

Production quality, from the input preparation to finishing, is ensured by using modern technologies and long-term experience of the firm`s staff. The firm is a holder of "grand welding cerificate", a "Certificate for the Manufacturing, Assemblies, Reconstruction, Repair and Maintenance of Pressure Tanks of Group N,A and B". The gateway of the Technological process is the material indexing shop. Apart from classic indexing equipment, the shop has modern flame-cutting automatics of the mark ZINSER, which allow to index metal sheets and plates in the range of 3 to 200 milimeters.The follow-up processing of semiproducts is done at the fitting shop of the light-and heavy machining plants using many machine-tools, forming and welding machines. It is possible to use a gas annealing furnace. A perfect finish is ensured by a modern, highly efficlent blasting box OTECO, further a painting box for the surface finish of large-dimension products in harmony with the strictest environmetal and safety measures.
